I'm anti- the pattern of using modals/lightboxes at all tbh 👀 showing a new view is so cheap with Gatsby/the other static gen JS frameworks these days...
Plus, an image in a gallery vs an image in a lightbox with no additional context is the ultimate IA cuck IMO
