resetting my password to my Latch account to be able to log in to redownload the profiles that allow me to use the widget that unlocks the physical keyless bolt in my apartment door only to find out that the battery in the unit is dead and I’ll need it replaced by the technician

      he comes once a week to replace the batteries in all the units in the buildings facing the same issue, but I may send him an email if it’s an emergency. Idk if it’s an *emergency *, per se, so I don’t bug him. this happens once a week. I am able to access my apartment on mondays
