lazyweb — i'm trying to move fully away from overhead lighting, but I don't love having to manually switch on ten lamps any time I get home — what's the best way to remotely turn on an outlet or three that doesn't involve an app on my phone?
for the record I do not want an app nor voice UI! I would like to flick a switch and have it turn on some lights without doing any communicating or listening. in the olden days I might've solved this with "wiring" but this is a rental unit so
