DUDE USPS is ALWAYS terrible. I'm at the point where I will make the decision to not use a merchant/vendor if they ship with USPS because there is a 100% chance the package will be lost.

there is no accountability and the anonymity of metro area service means no one in the org ever has any idea where the package is or any definitive steps to resolving its limbo status.
