Okay for starters, the real time translate thing has been a little janky and I have yet to be able to actually use the feature successfully. Notification integration, Google Assistant integration, and touch controls are all great.

A full charge is about 4-5 hours of use BUT the case stores 3 charges. A charge takes like 30 minutes as far as I can tell, so you've got easily a full day of listening, just interrupted for charging.

Audio is fine, it's better than entry-level headphones but isn't especially premium. You choose the Pixel buds if you love having the Google Assistant a touch away. (Touch and talk to activate. Pretty slick.)

So far, the verdict is skip this round. They're good, and I'll continue to use them as a bit of a Google fanboy, but they're not experience-defining and they're not by any measure nearly as strong a product as the Pixel 2.
