Hi. Quinoa, soy, and seitan are all complete proteins on their own! Otherwise, you can combo hummus & pita, rice and beans, peanut butter on wheat bread, etc. I think most wombo combos of beans/peanuts/lentils with grains like wheat/rice/corn will do you for a complete protein.
